Broader / narrower proposals

Each one was read out of a sentence in a source document. Accept it and the lexicon gains a hierarchy relation; accept it as broader if the pattern read the pair upside down, which happens when the sentence lists the parts of an aggregate rather than kinds of a class; say it is associative and any existing related link stays as it is; reject it and nothing is written. Nothing here is ever written without a ruling.
