Taco

A traditionally Mexican cuisine comprised of a tortilla, folded in half, and filled with a variety of ingredients sandwiched between the two halves. Typical ingredients include a protein, like spiced ground beef or shredded pork, salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
